Professional management provides the cornerstone of the Cloverleaf Communities.

Myles Sampson, developer of the Cloverleaf Communities, followed in his grandfather's footsteps. A.L. Sampson was a builder at the turn of the last century, building homes and commercial property in Penn Hills. Over the next three decades Orin Sampson and his sons Ben and Myles were responsible for developing much of Holiday Park, Monroeville, Plum and Murrysville.

A community of single level manufactured homes was a unique concept when first introduced in the Pittsburgh area in 1968. Myles took every opportunity to study and research the lifestyles, needs and comforts of this market. He spent time analyzing and visiting communities all over the country. Cloverleaf Communities are the end result of this effort. Cloverleaf Communities offer the ideal lifestyle; low maintenance and convenience at a reasonable price.
