Our Management Team Rick Ressler Rick Ressler, has been with Rimco Properties since 1984 starting with Holiday Park Apartments. He now is Director of Community Operations for all nine of the communities. Rick resides in Plum with his wife, three children and 11 cats. He is a devoted father and a hard worker. He enjoys computers and anything that involves the outdoors.
